General supply and exhaust ventilation; ducts, chambers, filters, fans and air handling units; local exhaust and agreed sections of dust extraction systems.

Work involving process residues, toxic, explosive or other specific deposits is assessed after receiving contamination data and the enterprise’s requirements.

Planning around your operations

We agree work areas, sequence, shutdown windows, night shifts, access at height, equipment isolation and acceptance. Site admission, permit-to-work and escort requirements are clarified with the client’s responsible personnel.

Pressovac and ATEX configuration selection

Equipment is selected for the task and zone conditions. A manufacturer’s ATEX option does not replace verification of the actual machine marking and compatibility of the entire assembly. Send zone classification and deposit information for an initial assessment.

Section-by-section acceptance and documentation

The proposal records systems and sections, scope, method, result checks and deliverables. Completed work is documented with reports, photos/videos, agreed measurements and recommendations. Where needed, we arrange testing with an accredited laboratory.
